Type 1: cost-leadership low cost

We need to penetrate and the strategic will be to sell the cheapest charger, the most important for our customers is the utility that it generate, but the utility by chargers in general is the same , the customers only have interest in the price, the idea is create loyalty throw the price the lower price. The product that help to achieve this goal is a charger called “power bank” this charger are the good quality and very cheaper. We cannot reduce cost in other things, this is the unique alternative that we have how cost-leadership low cost.

Type 2 cost-leadership best value

easy charger knows that there should only be trusted for being the company that sells, it is effective at first but in the end only generate losses, so we want to compete with quality product, a different one who can bring something special to our consumers, this charger called HTC battery bar has a very aesthetic charger with a capacity of 6000 mAh. Type 3 differentiation

Type 5: Focus-Best value

 

The focus-best value strategy will be applicable to our company. Easy Charger, products will be offered to a reduced portion of the market, mostly of them are students, which ones need the most our products. As it has been mentioned before is specifically composed of students between 15 - 30 with a low purchasing power because of its incomes, but with a high sensibility towards low prices looking for a perfect quality product, which can satisfy its necessity.
