MOTIVATING
It is a process of motivating employees for the organization to reach achieving the objectives and strategies proposed. This consists of four components leadership, communication, group dynamics and change.
Our employees as the general manager are leaders and as a leader they work as a team for the wellness of the company. Recognizing good work and attitude is vital for motivating, and because of that, we created a system of rewards not only in special dates, it can be every six months or even monthly depending on the results of the company and the performance of the employees, the following are our motivating policies:
MOTIVATION OF OUR FIRM:

For each sale made by the employee (more than 10 products), they will won commissions by sales and so on.

Be flexible in the schedule at least 1 to 2 days to work at home.

Choose days or vacation: the employee can choose which days would go on vacation, likewise, the employee who has children can choose holidays that match their children's holidays and continue positive work environment.

Give rewards for their achievements: when someone does a good job does not cost anything to make him recognition or reward, so the worker feel that his effort is worth and will want to continue to keep working more.

Taking them into account in establishing the objectives and goals to achieve, they will feel that they are part of the organization and can understand better and work better than their fair share.

Employees are allowed to work until 1 pm on Fridays and even though the law states that employees must work 48 hours a week, ours will work only 44 and Saturdays will work from home.

On birthday dates workers will not go to work.
